Confirmed the purple link color was present in the deployed CSS, while the unversioned stylesheet URL was cacheable for 600 seconds. Added a build-time version parameter to its URL.
Replaced broken favicon PNG references and the old graduation-cap ICO link with the user’s exact WeChat avatar image at images/wechat-avatar-favicon.jpg.

Moved publications and preprints to /publications/, research experiences and academic activities to /activities/, and selected awards to /awards/.
Added Publications, Activities, and Awards to the header navigation while retaining Wiki. The homepage now keeps the biography, research interests, and visitor map.

Moved Steering Frozen LLMs and HiLoRA into the accepted-paper lists, retained their arXiv identifiers, and added Safe Linear Bandits with Unknown Safety Gaps in both CV sources. Omitted the poster designation as requested.
Rebuilt resume/CV.pdf and resume/CV_zh.pdf from the current sources. Both remain two pages; checked all four rendered pages and extracted text for the three paper titles and acceptance labels.
Preserved the pre-existing CV source/PDF changes with snapshots and revision-only patches under tmp/cv_neurips_20260925_before/ and tmp/cv_neurips_20260925_final/. The PDF files already contained unrelated uncommitted revisions before this update; the TeX source changes can be committed separately while the regenerated PDFs remain local.
